Register for online services or change your connect firm administrator

1. Use this page to:
   1. Register your firm to use WorkplaceNL's connect online services for the first time; or
   2. Change your organization's connect firm administrator.
2. Your organization must already be registered as an employer with WorkplaceNL (i.e., you have a WorkplaceNL employer firm number) before you can register for connect online services.
3. If you are already registered for online services and do not need to change your firm administrator, click here to return to the main login page.

1. Firm Number

This is the firm number assigned to your organization when you registered with WorkplaceNL.

Newfoundland Industrial Classification code

This is the Newfoundland Industrial Classification (NIC) code assigned to your organization which also determines your assessment rate. WorkplaceNL assigns every registered employer to a NIC code based on information obtained when you first registered with WorkplaceNL or after a NIC code classification review. You will find your NIC code on your payroll statement or a recent assessment invoice or statement.

Authorization Number (this is one of your last five invoice numbers)

All characters in the invoice number must be entered. This includes any letters preceding the number. In the event that an invoice has not been generated for your organization, you may call 1.800.563.9000 to receive a registration code.
